As I was thinking of what to write today a song came to my mind. It is fitting since today is Palm Sunday. Jesus enters Jerusalem for the last time before he dies on the cross. He rides in on a borrowed colt, as the people shout praises to him. I can't imagine the emotions for Him knowing that in just a few days He would be hearing the same people shouting obscenities at Him and yelling for Pilate to free Barabbas. He knew all that was about to take place and still He endured the agony. His last week on earth was filled with trials and temptations that any of us would have given into, we would have thrown in the towel and given up! He continued on, even encouraging His followers to be strong and to endure. Jesus is awesome...
